As a result of attending this 4-hour mandatory class, the licensees will be updated on TRELA statutory changes and the TREC rule updates. Class will also highlight the contract addendums, contract issues, unauthorized practice of law, fair housing, do's and don't's in property management, and discussion of certain case studies. By actively participating and sharing brief experiences the salesperson will leave the class feeling more confident, competent, and knowledgeable in their profession. Class manual provided. ​NAR's Board of Directors approved a change to the Code of Ethics training requirement, extending it from every two years to every three years. This extends the current cycle deadline from March 1, 2022, to Dec. 31, 2024.
Under all is the land.. So starts the NAR Code of Ethics. It continues: Realtors®, therefore, are zealous to maintain and improve the standards of their calling and share with their fellow Realtors® a common responsibility for its integrity and honor. In recognition and appreciation of their obligations to clients, customers, the public, and each other, Realtors® continuously strive to become and remain informed on issues affecting real estate and, as knowledgeable professionals, they willingly share the fruit of their experience and study with others. They identify and take steps, through enforcement of this Code of Ethics and by assisting appropriate regulatory bodies, to eliminate practices which may damage the public or which might discredit or bring dishonor to the real estate profession. Realtors® having direct personal knowledge of conduct that may violate the Code of Ethics involving misappropriation of client or customer funds or property, willful discrimination, or fraud resulting in substantial economic harm, bring such matters to the attention of the appropriate Board or Association of Realtors®.

Broker Responsibility #44547 Live Virtual Class or In Person $60 (6 Hours CE Credit)
This is the TREC Broker Responsibility Course that is required if you are a broker that sponsors salespeople, a broker that is the designated broker of a business entity, or a licensee (broker or salesperson) that supervises one or more license holders must complete this 6-hour broker responsibility course. This course may be taken by any licensee for six hours of elective CE credit. Short quiz will follow.
